Our business principles can therefore be formulated as follows:

What business policies are to be followed to put into practice those principles on the long run?
It is easy to answer that question: in our business activities we must focus on CUSTOMERS, QUALITY and the CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT of the business process. To that end our POLICY ON QUALITY can be summarised as follows:

- We strive to have a better knowledge of our CUSTOMERS' needs and to meet them at the highest possible level in the commercial process by providing professional assistance for the selection of our product through up to date product information.
- We only offer and deliver quality products to our CUSTOMERS.
- We wish to assure a reliable background to our high quality products by regular assessment of our SUPPLIERS;
- Through the employment of highly qualified PERSONNEL we are ready to meet specific requirements that further improve our competitiveness and we provide quality training for our staff to further broaden their knowledge.
